Nauset Marsh Trail 2 Stars Hotels

We stayed for 3 nights. We visited Cape Cod National Seashore on our arrival day. The next day we took a roundtrip ferry ride to Nantucket. The day after, a round-trip ferry ride to Martha's vineyard. Breakfast was included. We had a room on the 2nd floor which was nice and quiet.

Everything was prefect from check in to check out. Jillian and staff are top notch! We loved the breakfast daily, beautiful property that is meticulously kept and location in the cape is excellent! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Winter or summer, this is our favorite spot to vacation- we love the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the town and Chatham Tides. Main St. has a cute, unique, little stores if shopping is what you enjoy. Property is well kept, ocean view room provides precisely the view that we love to wake up to. Staff is always helpful and accommodating, without being overbearing. Can't wait to return!

I had booked for two nights but when I arrived the booking was for one night the room was very nice and updated but not close to a beach not close to transportation on a very busy highway

My sister and I did a few day trip to the Cape and once again stayed here. It is clean and comfortable and I always sleep well! Pam is lovely and accommodating and the queen of muffins. Not fancy, shmancy...but has everything you need/want for a motel and very comfortable. This was our second trip and stay and we will be visiting Pam again!

The Breakwater was $100 for the night and reviews said it was conveniently located next to the beach so we gave it a try. The stay surprised me and exceeded expectations. It seems like a locally ran and well managed property with new furniture and decor. The beach was literally across the street and gave us a beautiful view at sunset. Staff was friendly and wifi was solid. Thanks!!!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owners could not do enough for us. Beautifully appointed, immaculate rooms. Adults only. Great location. You won’t be disappointed.

No issues at all. Short walk to everything. Front desk folks were very welcoming. Very pleased

Enjoyed the enclosed patio with Lounge chairs. Plexiglass kept the wind out whilst we enjoyed the sun

This is a basic motel, but our rooms were newly painted, new floor in the bathroom, enough plugs by the bed, with a refrigerator and small microwave. The beds, sheets, pillows were comfortable. Big negative was the small, scratchy towels, but you can't have it all. The room was very clean. It is convenient to most Cape locations and activities. We did not use the pool but it appeared well-maintained. The motel was a VERY fair price for the Cape on Memorial Day weekend. I would definitely...

What a wonderful night we had at Pelham House! The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, the view from the room was gorgeous, and the staff were all so kind and helpful! We will definitely be coming back!

We love staying at Handkerchief Shoals Inn. It is so clean, quiet, economical, and conveniently located between our two favorites: Harwichport and Chatham. All rooms have been updated too. It is a little hidden treasure!

We had an incredible stay for our honeymoon! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and quiet during this time of year; and centrally located to pretty much everything else in Ptown. The hotel manager, Tim, was excellent. Very attentive and checked in frequently, without being overbearing. He was also super familiar with the area, suggesting plenty of activities and restaurants we could go to, plus all the events happening in the hotel itself. Best place in P Town. May wife and I have been staying at the Surfside since 1992. Beach on one side Pool on the other. Fire pit, friendly and competent staff great location. Love the Surfside.

Nice quiet off season visit, had the beach to ourselves!
