"Clean room, friendly staffs, variety choice of breakfast"

"今年3年目の年越し上海家族旅行で、前回までより少しランク上のホテルで快適に過ごせてとても満足できました。一つ驚いたのはホテルにチェックインする際に明日からホテルの名前がヒルトンからクンルンに変わると言われたことです。特に滞在中問題はありませんでしたが、数日後の訪中だったら困ったのではないかと思います。予約時と利用時期で名前が違うのであれば事前連絡が欲しかったです。 それと今回も例年同様にビジネスラウンジアクセスプランを選んだのですが、去年までの豫園マリオットでは家族三人でフリーに利用できたのですが、今回は娘の分だけは朝食もナイトタイムも別料金を支払わされました。この辺りも詳しい説明が予約時に参考にできるようにしてほしいです。ホテルと関係ないのですが、滞在中の1/1に上海ディズニーランドにエクスペディアのオプションツアー旅程番号...

"Very small rooms but not cramped. The room was spotless, free slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable towel. Showers and toilets are cleaned between each use. Hotel entrance was a little hard to find but I found it in a couple of minutes. Metro station Changshu (lines 1 and 7) is pretty much across the street. Easy to get to Shanghaiqioa high speed train station , and Pudong airport (only one transfer each). Easy access to most places in Shanghai. I liked the chain so much I am staying...

"위치는 참 좋았습니다. 상해 중심지와 가까워서 여행 도중 잠시 들어와 쉬기 좋았네요. 화장실이 좀 좁고 낮은 것, 주변 시설들 및 건물이 좀 오래 된 것 빼고는 내부는 만족했습니다. 필요한 것이 있으면 주인 분께서 잘 챙겨주십니다. "

"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "
