“Parking was easy, check in was pretty no-frills and straight forward. Room was reasonably clean. Amenities were basic but sufficient. Cons: the mattress was quite thin and lumpy (could feel the springs), and the noise isolation between rooms were pretty poor (could hear the upstairs neighbour walking around).”

“I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip.
