“We had a great one night stay. Mini golf, pickle ball, pool and hot tub were wonderful. S’mores at the fire pits was peak vacation vibes. Staff was excellent. Our room in the West Lodge was overall good: our son was very excited about the bunk beds. The only thing lacking was a comfy spot to sit in the room. There were two standard dining chairs at the small table and two adirondacks on the balcony but a cozy seat or two indoors would have been perfection. Wish we could have spent more time...
“The bed and breakfast is just that! No one after a certain hour, and the free breakfast is for one hour, 08:30/09:30. Grounds are beautiful, and the interior is interesting. The home was built by a rich person in the late 1800-time frame. But, it's like a morgue once breakfast is over.
The town it's in is very quiet also. Everything closes at 20:30 or 21:30. When you leave the town be prepared to drive up into mountains or manage driving down said mountain. Locals drive faster than...
