"Good choice for staying near the airport. Impressed by insulation from the airport noise. Runways and take offs were clearly visible from our room, and we never heard a sound while watching a jet take off. "

"The beds were uncomfortable they definitely need new mattresses. Great location near the train station quick to get places a great quiet area! I didn’t like that the security guards don’t help with opening doors when exiting with luggage. Pretty decent overall. "

Only at hotel for 12 hours as we were between connecting flights but great relaxing night with room service. The only improvement I’d offer on website is clearer instructions on how to get to hotel via public transportation as within Heathrow hotel ring but not walking distance from terminals. Cab is easiest and about 7 pounds one way. We took the bus. From terminal 3 we walked...

"Not enough pillows"

"The staff were fantastic. We needed an early check in as we were off to the Kings Garden party and despite getting there at 11am, Pav who was working on the front desk managed to get us a room so we could get dressed amd ready to go as early as we could. They truly went above and beyond! "
