Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "Overall disappointing, I thought Doubletree’s were supposed to be nice hotels. Hotels.com advertised a hot breakfast and then the hotel charge $19 for it. The smoke alarm strobe all night and was very annoying, and the fan was loud. Had a really difficult time sleeping, and with the exception of a few people of the hotel staff were not helpful. "
