에더딘셔 및 머리, 스코틀랜드의 수영장이 있는 호텔

“Superb stay from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff who were always friendly and approachable and actually looked like they were enjoying their job. The executive lounge was lovely and offered a good selection of food and drinks. A lovely room with a comfy bed and the chair by the window was sumptuous! The only negative was an over bath shower (but I appreciate some people like a bath) and the odd mirror/plug situation that seems to exist in most hotels. We had a fabulous stay and...

“We are gutted to write this review as we stayed here previously and had a lovely stay but sadly the hotel has gone downhill, and I think that’s putting it politely. On the surface it looks great, but there were to many issues to say we’d ever think about returning. Firstly the leisure facilities, one of the main reasons we booked here, looks good but when you’re in the water is murky and doesn’t feel clean. “The property in Ballater is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It was also incredibly well kept and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.”

“Every body was super friendly and helpful. Had an awesome stay will be definitely back again. Awesome service”

“피트니스 시설은 지금까지 다녀본 호텔 중 훌륭했음. 수영장 및 탈의실, 사우나는 최고 수준이었음. 특히, 피트니스와 수영장 데스크의 직원은 매우 친절하고 편안했음. 바의 직원도 매우 친절했으며, 손님의 필요사항을 매우 잘 알아채고 서비스함.”

“First class hotel, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful situation excellent food and very friendly efficient staff”

“Apartment was well located for exploring Aberdeen. It was very spacious, and we loved that it had a second bathroom.”

“Excellent 2 night stay at this family friendly hotel in October with our two grandkids. Only negative was the pool having to close for a deep clean on one night of our stay so our grandkids missed out on the pool disco, however I am sure this was required for health and safety reasons.”

“Room given was not as booked…. Had to really negotiate with the hotel and finally manager did what he could but it was a lot of hassle. Over all place was a bit dirty… especially the carpets”
