“Very clean facility in a nice area”

“Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond. Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving. Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...

“Great hospitality ”

“Good”

“Good Value for Money. The staff were professional and nice.”

“At the check out, receipt was not available. Staff said me that they would send it soon but I don't receive it. On the stairs, furnitures are left. Shampoo and conditionner dispensor doesn't work well.”

“The location is beautiful extremely close to the airport. However, it's a little misleading because they say that you have one airport pickup. Once you pay for the reservation in advance. But it's not redeemable, you can call and call and ask and they don't know what you're talking about. So that's misleading, there's no pickup available.”

“The place is clean, check in is seamless, and the listing is the same as the property.”

“침대나 카펫에서의 심한 악취가 나고 에어컨은 작동하지 안았고 카운터 직원들은 상사왈수 없을만큼 불친절했음”
