“High peaks was great for our summer stay in lake placid. We were in the waterfront collection and the ease of lake and pool access from the room was amazing. The rooms were cozy and beds comfortable. I wish they had fixed the dock the other side of the lake to give more options to sit and view the lake. The included water activities was a real treat! I would love to see refillable water dispensers, they were nowhere to be found at the resort; in the summer especially, that would have been nice....

“Wonderful welcoming staff. Our two King rooms were very comfortable. Loved the breakfast baskets and the wonderful musician who entertained us one evening outside near the campfire and the free s’mores kits. Also free morning coffee or tea was a plus too. Perfect location with a nice walk to a beautiful stream.”
