“The staff was truly remarkable. We were instantly relaxed. Our bags were in our room before we were. Snacks in the room, a well stocked fridge with water and juice. A lovely bottle of wine. Amazing breakfast included and brought to the room in baskets. When we checked out, the staff got our luggage, brought our car around, had bottled water ready for us and warmed up the car - all with smiles. And the bar staff - great drinks and very heavy pours with the wine :)”

“We had a lovely meal in one of the 2 restaurants. Our room was on the top floor and was very quiet. There wasn't much room on the left side of bed -- very close to the wall -- I had to scoot toward the foot of the bed in order to clear the small nightstand. The VIP benefit (discount on food/drink) was not properly applied to our bill despite our following the letter given to us at check-in. The clerk at the desk on the morning we checked out said he would take care of the credit and email me a...

“All over good experience ”

“My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was how the bathroom was laid out. You have to get into the shower to turn it on, and outside of the shower the towel bar is placed higher than most I have encountered. Also I am not a fan of bowl sinks. However - the rest of the room was very nicely planned , and very clean. I had not been in years, and it was nice to see the property restored so well. I would definitely come back. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. ”
