"Nice room. The pool was nice and so was the fire pit. We did have a toilet that ran the whole time. The breakfast included was only juice and a granola bar. So if you are looking for a place with breakfast included, you won’t be getting it here."

"The Grand View was great but it was under renovation at the time so that’s why 4 stars were given. Otherwise it was a very nice place with helpful staff. Would stay again."

"Staff very courteous and helpful. Hotel had an excellent location with free parking. There is a resort fee for the “resort” amenities (pool), lakefront use, etc.). They had an onsite restaurant which was very convenient with a good breakfast! The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is older which could be updated (carpet, etc) but don’t we all! 😉"

"Was awesome and the room was awesome and the property is so nice. Lady at reception desk at the spa was not that welcoming. But other than that everyone else made us feel spoiled and wonderful."
