We had an amazing honeymoon at Bahía Príncipe Tulum! The staff were amazing, so entertaining, and helpful. The food was great. We especially loved the restaurants at all the resorts. We can’t wait to come back!

Staff and entertainment personnel were really good. Food was average at best, beach area was below average. Mattress was hard, several plugs did not work. Been to much better properties in the past. Overall experience was just average.

It was my family’s very first stay at this all inclusive hotel! The kids had so much fun the staff was amazing and friendly! The lunch room is authentic and we were treated like royalty! We will be coming back to this amazing and beautiful place so close to nature !

This was our first time here and it was an incredible stay! We would recommend this to any family who wants to vacation but also has kids and want them to have fun. The rooms are cleaned everyday and a courteous of drinks available at your room everyday. I will miss you Bahia príncipe Tulum!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. A must visit for kids too. They have not one but two water parks on campus for kids to enjoy. Every à la carte restaurant had kids menu and options. The staff was so lovely and helpful. We came during seaweed season but Akumal resort that is part of the complex was just a brief walk or cart ride away and guaranteed clear thanks to their barrier. We also came during rain season but rain didn’t last and we at most had one cloudy day which was still great for a pool day. Buffet was always so delicious and well stocked. Entertainment and games for guests were great also. Kendall in particular was an absolute gem and so helpful! We will definitely try to come back in the future.

The property in the rooms were clean if you had a question staff would help as much as possible. I just wish they would’ve had some poolside service. I know it was all inclusive, but it would be nice to order some food at the pool.

My family has stayed at several all inclusive resorts in the Cancun, Rivera Mya, & Tulum areas. The resort was clean and staff were very helpful & kind. But, there were several things I wish had been better & I will likely not stay at this particular resort again because of the following. 1. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. 2. Of all the many restaurants on site only 2 were open (The Truck, & Buffett). 3. The food was ok, but not great. The verity was similar each day there. 4. The free drinks were great, but at other inclusive resorts we stayed at the stay was fantastic at making sure your drink was full. At this resort you have to go to the bar to get drinks & staff do not wait on you while at the pool. 5. The pool was clean but you could tell it was older, same is true for the resort overall. 6. Beach was terrible because of all the sea weed & strong smell.
