This property was amazing. The service and staff, incredible. Our room was clean and comfortable. We do have one complaint, that our pillows were always smelly otherwise this would’ve been a five star review.

The resort is very nice and conveniently located near Tulum airport. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool area has plenty of chairs and plenty of bars to get drinks from including the swim-up bar. The only downfall is reservations to the restaurants are near impossible. Everything is done through an app which is great and they advise to check constantly for reservations availability but when you're on vacation who has time to be on their phone checking.

Grounds were beautiful. Room was clean. Buffet was huge. Staff was mostly great. My only complaint s would be: our shower soaps were empty and it took 2 days and multiple attempts to get refilled. My wife's perfume went MIA during the week.

Everything was amazing, the kids club especially. I was hesitant to leave my 6 year old with anyone, but they were beyone fantastic with her. Overall the staff made our vacation amazing and went the extra mile! We would go back in a heart beat
