“Favorite staff members: Omera, Miguel, Adeline, and Rosa. Expedia did mess up our traveling friends transfer to airport on way home. Very disappointed that they had to pay for a taxi out of their pocket when they prepaid for their transfers ahead of time!”

“Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra.
We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced...
