"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged.

"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "
"I was lucky enough to stay here for an entire week solo. They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️"
"Bel hotel rustique. Le toit terrasse avec piscine est magnifique. Quelques problèmes avec la chambre : frigo ne fonctionne pas, sechoir à cheveux brisé. Il n'y a pas d'aur climatisé dans l'hotel. Nous avons dormi la porte exterieure ouverte mais l'air ne circule pas. "

"Hotel is situated in a square next to the clock tower kind of hard to find when you get there you have to check in at another motel called Castle Ruth was very confusing.Parking is located a couple blocks away in a underground garage it all ended up being okay but it was just kind of inconcieint.
Hotel itself is very nice and the breakfast service in the morning was great and super clean super well taken care of. "
"Beautiful views, great amenities. Breakfast buffet was stellar, loved the pool, sauna and wellness area (wish it was open longer hours). Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. We loved our room with a deck that ran all around."

"This was an impeccable and high-tech place. It took awhile to learn how the various buttons and features in the room worked. Maybe some signs or notice in the room to help guests with that would be beneficial.

"Fantastic location for exploring Bolzano’s main sights by foot! Never expected a grand piano and wet bath/sauna in the room and view of Walther Square. Wow, what a lovely surprise! Great room amenities, friendly staff. Highly recommend! "
