Also, I requested an advance for our rooms to be close to one another and they weren’t. What’s interesting, is the couple that checked in before me ended up in the room next to me, so I don’t understand why my other room for family couldn’t be next to me instead of a total stranger that literally checked in just a minute before I did. Due to family support, it was important that we be next to each other and that wasn’t provided. I don’t understand why it was such a difficult request to make possible.
I did appreciate housekeeping, providing some extra towels since there were only two in our room. I also appreciated the small patio. It allows us the opportunity to sit outside and get some fresh air. The room was spacious and that made it nice for a larger group. Lastly, I appreciated the extra security of needing a passkey to get from building to building."
