โGeneva and Leo were awesome and always ready to help us with anything we needed or asked about. We've been here 3 times and will be back. So many restaurants and breweries are so close most of it walking distance.โ
โGreat place to stay, near Ventura and also to the ferries that go out to Channel Islands. The owner is a super nice guy and looks out for his customer. I accidentally dropped my room key along with my credit card into the drop box on my check out date and owner called me within 10 min to tell me this. I would definitely stay here again when back in Ventura. Clean, and newly renovated. โ
โGreat hotel experience...we had our two golden retrievers with us and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Very friendly and courteous staff, great bar and outdoor seating. Was a phenomenal experience for wrapping up our so cal vacation before driving back to central Oregon. Highly recommend.โ
โI was impressed by the room for a motel 6.... Hardwood floors memory foam beds The room was clean and had no strange smell upon entering... I would definitely stay there again... There's a McDonald's right on the same property....โ
โThe lady at check out does have a chip on her shoulder. She did give me a room that had a working tv due to the one I was assigned not working. The room was very old and tattered offering the bare minimum. I didnโt spend very much time in the room due to it being depressing. Went out and explored what Ventura had to offer on a Monday, came back and slept for the night, on top of my sleeping bag. Heard the bed bugs were bad. If you want a budget place to sleep near downtown it could be good. But...
โWhat we didnโt like on Saturday night from 5-8 they closed the pool and my grandsons were looking forward to the pool after being at the beach and wanted to swim. We were very disappointed. They said they were filming for a promotion but why in a Saturday during prime time? โ
