“El edificio NO esta en Nuevo Polanco como dice la descripción. Esta en la alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo a 5-6 cuadras para Nuevo Polanco. Sin embargo 💯recomendable el apartamento y la atención. Muy hermoso departamento y comodo, te sientes como en casa.”

“They told me the hotel was only four months old, but already the air conditioning didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. They never fixed my AC. It was an uncomfortable night. Shower setup was strange with a huge 4 foot deep bench with disproportionately tiny standing shower space. It was extremely loud from street noise and interior noise from within the hotel. Other than that, the rest was fine. The towels were plush and clean.”

And the TV didn’t work on the last night. There was an electrical brown-out and after that, the TV didn’t work. There was no one at the front desk to report this to.
