"The room was clean and had great a/c. We were literally across the street from the beach and right next to a convenience store. We were also next to 2 restaurants that had great food and drinks. The indoor pool was nice too. The only thing wrong with the room was that the sofa had spots on it from the constant moisture as if the fabric had not been treated properly, but nothing that warranted complaints. This is our second time staying here because of how close it is to everything."

"Very convenient location close to the historic district of St. Augustine. The hotel staff were very helpful in suggesting restaurants. Hotel is renovated, the rooms were ample , clean and very good amenities. Breakfast was included and there was no charge for overnight parking. Definitely a great value."

"I booked my room through Expedia, which was a mistake because they messed up my check in date. However Matthew was working at the desk and spent over an hour on the phone and on hold and helping me get the problem resolved. He had a great attitude and was super friendly. In addition to his excellent service the building and room was very nice and clean. My wife had joined me on a business trip in Jacksonville and we were ending the week with a little vacation in Saint Augustine. The Hilton in Jacksonville was horrible and it was nice to stay in such a nice place afterwards. I highly recommend the Hilton in Saint Augustine. "

"The hotel and hotel staff were AMAZING! The only complaint I have is the $100 a NIGHT incidental charge I didn’t know about until we checked in. We heard quite a few guest complaining about outrageous, hidden charges. BUT the stay was worth every penny. Would just have like to have known prior"
