“Very good beds & linens! Excellent location to walk around the historic district. But we paid dearly for booking early & rates were much lower later. Expedia wouldn’t change our rate or credit my account at all. I would definitely book again because of the location & great beds. Parking onsite is extra but important to have. Cafe next door is great for breakfast!”

“We have always had a great experience at Casa Monica, but with this past stay, there was no hot water. The staff was informed but nothing changed during our stay. We were also given the wrong room at first. I booked a suite with one king, and my husband and I walked into a room with 2 queens. We were like nope, not going to work! They did find us another room but we did not get the suite like I had booked.”

“This place is so homey and welcoming”

“This is an amazing location. It has been modernized though not necessarily to a high standard. It felt very damp and our shower head barely trickled. Decent price but an additional $20 per day parking fee. Good if you want something cheap and in a good spot but I would likely pass if you want comfort and good quality night’s sleep.”

“The B&B was very clean and rooms are very nice. The staff was excellent plus the morning breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that their homemade cookies were too good to eat just one.”

“We arrived after 5 not knowing staff leaves at 5 but our room door was open so that went fine. Next day the ac stopped working but staff upgraded us to a larger suite and a bottle of wine, so that went well too. It’s quaint, well located and if you don’t mind small older rooms and furnishings it’s well run and a good experience.”

“Staff made you feel as if you were staying at a home. Breakfast was served as if you were at a high-end resort. All the staff were very attentive and catered to your every need. Sandy is a wonderful manager and keeps things running smoothly. She is not afraid to step in and help when needed. Can't wait to stay there again.”

“We were disappointed that after seeing the reviews online our room at the Inn was nothing like pictures. Our room was very outdated and had too much furniture in there making it difficult to move around in there. We also found out that when we went to the back building behind the Inn for breakfast there was co striction going on in there so we didn’t know where to go for our breakfast that was supposed to be included in our stay. We luckily found a phone number for the chef on the front door to...

“We stayed at the “Casa” this weekend. The staff and the room were excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, Jonathan came back to the inn to correct the problem. He even made arrangements to move us to another suite if it became necessary. Fortunately, Jonathan was able to work some HVAC magic and get the room cooling again. Our stay was excellent. Be sure to make it down for breakfast. The food is something NOT to miss. Thank you to Jonathan, Oliver and the team....

“Our room was just charming and the four-poster bed was comfortable for us. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub or gas fireplace, however they looked well maintained. In general the room was very clean, without any musty smell that you typically find in many waterside inns, and was well-appointed. Our room came with a private balcony as well as a bistro table and chairs just outside our door. The view of the bay harbor was spectacular from the 2nd floor, especially for sunrise....

“The bed was super comfy Great location The bathroom needs updating the tub is super old jacuzzi was loud didn’t work well and water never really got hot in shower”

“Perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend”

“The room was very nice and clean! They had it done before checkin and we were able to get into it early which was nice. It was very quiet even with it being above the bar.”

“STAY AWAY.. NOT SAFE!!!! Upon arrival, there was no check in. There was a paper taped to the door stating to do next door. I made several calls Ana no one answered . I walked towards the back and a lady came out asked for my name in went inside to come out again athe entrance to the BB is on the back full of overgrown weeds. The back door leading to the hallway-room can not be locked. We felt unsafe as anyone could come in. The doors to the room are not as wide as the opening so you can hear/...

“Staff was very helpful and responsive. Location is great! Place is in bad disrepair. Electrical outlet in bathroom was unusable, cracked and rusted. Caulk in bathroom was cracked, dirty and separated. “Memory Foam” mattress was very uncomfortable, I felt like a rotisserie chicken flipping all night from pain. Continental breakfast was pancakes, syrup only, nothing else at all. AC control not accessible to individual rooms.”
