“We have been going to this property for 12 years. The quality has gone down every year especially when management changes. Pay for parking now, property exterior was dirty all week, They allow dogs in all rooms which makes it difficult for staff to clean. Both rooms booked where full of dog hair on bed and pull out sofa had to get staff to reclean rooms, A/C units dirty and need to be changed out. Fan timers light switches/lighting not working. We enjoyed being at the end of the boardwalk - it was only about an 8 minute walk (with a 3 year old) to the main street with lots of stores and restaurants (the main drag). Coffee and pastries were a swing and a miss, but expected. The onsite, free garage parking is definitely a huge plus.”
