“There were some pictures online that showed the hotel pool had a waterslide. It turns out the slides were removed in 2024, so my daughter was pretty disappointed. In our room, the tv was not working, the alarm clock was unplugged and wouldn't turn on when I plugged it back in, and one of the lights wasn't working. I asked at the front desk how often the top comforter gets laundered and they weren't sure. Luckily they gave me fresh bedding so I could feel confident staying there. The hotel...

“Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!”
