"The staff at this hotel are attentive to detail and are very kind and helpful! They continuously checked in with us to make sure all our needs were being met. The room was the largest room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The location is fantastic! The hotel is near a train station and it's in a quiet location. If we ever go back to Tokyo, I'd definitely book this hotel again!"

"The woman at the concierge desk “LUA” was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me purchase tickets to Tokyo Disneyland and also tickets for the bullet train to visit Kyoto. Loved the Godzilla theme, and the giant Godzilla on the roof of the hotel."

"Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!"
