โThe hotel is right next to the streetcar line which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and homey with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds! The breakfast items are limited, but it was nice sitting outside on the patio with our coffee and muffins watching the streetcars go by.
I'd definitely stay there again when visiting NOLA!โ
โThis hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed. โ
โThe staff was friendly and helpful, we met to the CEO. He lead by example, there was an issue with my card, he assured me that we could take care of it the next day. The bank was closed and he said I trust you, he knew we had been on the road for about 7 hours, tired. He told us to go and enjoy dinner and we would take of of pร ying for our stay. I will stay there again.โ
โFront Desk is open for 24 hours unlike other hotels in the area. They are kind and attentive. It is in a convenient location within 30 minutes walks to French quarter and Jackson Square. โ
โThe front desk was very professional and courteous! We enjoyed the music as well!
We stayed in the Little Richard suite. I just wished the shower pressure was a little better. Other than that I give it a 10!โ
