"Nice, clean, comfortable room; within 10 minutes of Bear Mountain resort. Nice restaurant, with lake view, within 100 yards. Only issue was that there was not a single bottle of water, nor coffee filters, in the room."

"We did not get a balcony room as requested. The window in the room did not lock and they could not fix it so they moved us to a new room. The new rooms on the third floor AC was working so we slept in a hot room, therefore no sleep."

"I don’t like leaving a poor review but wish I’d had more insight before booking. Room was dirty & neglected. Same with the grounds. The lady that checked us in left a line of customers in the lobby for 10+ mins then was cold and not welcoming. There was a younger man that helped us when we needed another blanket for the pull out bed and he was great. We did like how close it was to the Village. I’ll looo elsewhere next time."
