"Not a very good experience for getting that the room was not ready. We had to wait then they told us that we had to pay for parking at the hotel so it was $10 a day that was not disclosed when I booked them OK and then the room is not clean. The crowns are not clean outdated and old. I would not book here again and then at the end they took $50 for room security that they will not release from my credit card. I have to fight with them to get it back."

"The first room was amazing but the second one wasn’t as nice. Queen premium room is rather small and the bathroom is even smaller. Didn’t like that the pool was freezing cold. Also didn’t like that we couldn’t watch any movies. No streaming available on this tv. Didn’t like being woke up at 2am due to the guest next door having sex and banging on the wall."

"It was very clean and easy to navigate. Shuttles directly to universal parks. The only improvement could be better deals at the parks. The tickets are expensive and discounts would help greatly."

"No ice, no microwave in the room, they provide access to microwave if you ask to use it in the kitchen. Friendly staff at front desk, breakfast staff dont talk at all. Keep in mind it is in renovation, so the reception and kitchen are improvised rooms. Friday Saturday and Sunday, super loud noise from theclub right across from the hotel. Wont be quiet until 2-3am . Not very good for kids that go to bed early"
