“We booked and paid for four nights (non-refundable). Stayed one. We had booked a King non-smoking room but were given a smoky, stinky double room, where my feet were off the edge of the bed. A truly uncomfortable night. Check-in claimed that I had callled earlier to request an upgrade to a suite, which I clearly had not and hence did not have my King room available and that we needed to pay for the upgrade. Long story short, we fled first thing and paid again for another hotel. BEWARE!!”

“My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again”
