"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"真的不行，住宿附近沒有餐廳、 房間不整潔 枕頭有頭髮 地墊有野咬 開冷氣關窗，仍然聽到牛蛙在叫。 除非你是熱愛露營人士，否則不要選擇！ 題外話，入住當日遇上前台脾氣不好，遇上很差的體驗"

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"レストランは研修中？の女性が、動き、声かけ、気付きが抜群に良かった。男性陣がもっと全体に目を向けないと研修中の女性の動きがよいだけに負荷がかかりすぎてると思う。ドリンクオーダーもテーブルにベルもないしわざわざ注文を伝えにレジまで行く有様。 夜のコンサート企画は素晴らしい演奏で聴き応えがありました。"
