"After fleeing not one, but TWO absolutely horrifying hotels that looked like they were auditioning for a low-budget crime documentary, walking into the Hampton Inn felt like stepping into the Promised Land. The second those doors opened, it was like the heavens parted and angels started singing. The lobby was spotless, the air actually smelled clean, and for the first time all day I didn’t feel the need to sanitize every surface within a 10-foot radius. The staff here deserves a standing ovation. From the moment we arrived looking exhausted and defeated, they treated us like family. Every single employee was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and honestly restored my faith in hotels altogether. The room? Immaculate. Crisp sheets, sparkling bathroom, comfortable bed, and not a single questionable stain or weird smell in sight. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like finally being rescued after surviving a nightmare travel experience. I cannot say enough good things about this Hampton Inn. If you want cleanliness, professionalism, and staff that actually cares about guests, THIS is the place. After the disasters we experienced before arriving here, this hotel was truly a breath of fresh air in every possible way. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough."

"The room was not clean; the shower tiles were rust and the tub was peeling. We were not able to get cable or wifi to work on our TV, we called twice, after the second time front desk said someone would come but no one did! My morning check out with Tiffany at front desk was HORRIBLE. I never received such negative and disrespectful service like that before! I was appalled she spoke to me in such manner. I will definitely NEVER return again and will continue to share my review online for others to know. "
