"It was very pretty in the lobby, hot tub. But pool could have been warmer,better steps in deep pool and pumps turned on in the outside pool with a little heat in water it was freezingcold oit there....but the pavilion was gorgeous and I LOVED SEEING THE BEARS THERE! The staff was awesome!!!! The unique pool area was cute, amd outside deck on pool was very nice just to cold of water n pumps weren't on to circulate the bees lol.."

"Great place to stay. The pool was a huge hit for the kids and even adults! The room was great. Breakfast was decent, we did go almost every day. I recommend this hotel! We would stay here again!! Nice also it’s on the trolley line so you can have ease of going into town easy. "

"Outstanding hotel. We have stayed at several hotels in Asheville and this was the best, hands down. The hotel—lobby, rooms, bar, etc—are beautiful. It is right in the center of town too, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. We will stay here again next time we are in Asheville. "
