“We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. “This is a gr8 place to relax or play a round of golf. The staff are very helpful. The hotel rooms are lovely. They are not huge but have enough room to feel comfortable. There are 2 golf courses here. The Kernow course is a good test of your golf whatever handicap you have. The Nickolas course is the signature course and this will definitely test your golf and patience. There is a gym here but I did not use it. “Booked a family room and was delighted with the spacious room and cleanliness of the property. Had a great sea view room and although the hotel was very busy we didn’t hear anything once the door was closed. Excellent nights sleep and the breakfast was fresh as you would expect from a well run hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others.”
