“Greeted by very welcoming and helpful staff on arrival. Was allowed to check in earlier,which was a blessing. The room was sunny, airy, clean and spacious. Bathroom a bit dated but very clean. Room service available if you need one. On site secure parking as well as gym, pool ( small but pleasant). Withing bar area additional space for eating and entertainment like table tennis ( free of charge) pool and air hockey tables. Staff on site polite,friendly and easy to talk to. ”

“This was our first visit to Bournemouth, we were there to assist our granddaughter in her move to university and with the Chine Hotel we picked a gem of an Hotel. Arriving ahead of our check in time, we received a friendly welcome from the young lady on duty at the front desk and she informed us of all the on-site parking facilities available, so a great start. “Old but well maintained hotel”

“Das Hotel lag nicht weit weg von einem sehr schönen Strand. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch außerhalb des Hotels gutes Essen und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Service war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt als Familie. Auch der Hauseigene Pool war super um Abends noch ein wenig zu entspannen”

“We wanted a hotel that is near the beach, affordable and also with easy access to town centre. Unfortunately this hotel is extremely run down. I heard that some of the executive suites have been remodelled (only rooms with aircon!) but the standard room we stayed in was in a terrible condition. Wallpaper on the walls and ceiling were peeling off, mold on all silicons in the bathroom and the shower head was orange from build up. We had an unfortunate timing as another room had left their water...
