“The hotel was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent (119) with king size bed and plenty of room. The bathroom was newly decorated and the shower very good.
The room, corridors and reception area were clean and tidy.
The only negative is that there is no food on site and the leisure facilities are no longer open and will probably never re-open.

“Excellent conversion of property into self contained rooms. No staff on premises but easy to gain entry via key box and code sent by text will arrival instruction. A good, cost effective way to stay. Pub right next door!”
“It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites.
The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen.

“I liked most things. The bed was one of the most comfortable on which I have slept. The bath was really nice, long and comfortable. The hot water was hot whenever I wanted it. I ate at the restaurant three evenings. The food was reasonably good but I feel that apart from the jam sponge and custard, the puddings were trying too hard and were too complex to sound attractive. “We had a room right at the end of a corridor so it was very quiet considering there was a wedding there. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was great for such a hot weekend. The bed was comfy, the only thing we were missing was an iron and ironing board which would of come in handy. We will definitely stay here again.”
