The main lifts were out of order due to maintenance which was a bit of a an inconvenience. Reason for not giving 5 stars is the rooms can be quite noisy. People slamming doors in the middle of the night and the AC sounding like a generator so had to turn off whilst we slept. Overall, good hotel but needs better sound insulation."
