"My wife and I stayed at this property for 20 nights and had a pretty good stay. The front staff speak English well enough for clear check in and interactions. They are friendly and always open to providing assistance. They provide free water and other drinks in the lounge area. The studio was mostly clean with some dust in the unused AC and bathroom door hinge that should have been cleaned first. "The room was roomy, but it only had shampoo and body soap. It didn’t have a hand soap nor hair conditioner. The room was fairly clean and although it had kitchen, the room had no tables or chairs to eat at. The location of the hotel was convenient. But you have to ride an elevator to get to the front desk on 4th floor. Then take several steps to a different elevator to go to rooms. A little inconvenient in my opinion, especially if you are in a hurry. Overall, it was a mediocre hotel experience."
