“I love this place. There were so many great things about it. The staff was incredible. Every one of them. All helpful and kind. The food was amazing. The accommodation was comfortable. we’re”

“Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded.”

“The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough.”

“Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...

“The resort itself was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The restaurants were excellent, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the biggest area of opportunity is the customer service and overall attitude of the staff. The majority of our interactions with employees came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking any sense of urgency. One particularly disappointing experience was with Tatiana at the steakhouse, who was extremely dismissive. Additionally, the constant pressure from...

“Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada.

“Staff were great.”
