I also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, and it was such a relaxing experience. Even though this is a very large resort, you can tell they pay attention to every detail and truly care about their guests.
There was a small issue with my room when I arrived, but the staff resolved it quickly and in the best possible way. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
