"Very disappointed in the $29/night additional fee for the amenities. These were not useful and the courtesy shuttle does not take you anywhere out of Cambridge. I will not book at this hotel in the future because of the mandatory charge."

"Really nice hotel rooms are very small but not a problem if you’re just there at night, especially in Boston only problem I had was the AC. It was freezing in there and it randomly turned off in the night and we woke up and it was 57° in the room. They need to make an easier AC system or something."
