"Some real 5 star elements at this hotel. The Spa is a world class experience and very fairly priced for the amenities. The kids activities are excellent. The Waterpark superb. Fav food was the Indian restaurant. Upgraded to club level for better breakfast options. The staff are incredibly kind and hospitable. "

From the moment I arrived, the vibe was energetic, welcoming, and unmistakably unique. The resort blends luxury with a sporty, active atmosphere in the most refreshing way. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the Marina and palm-lined grounds. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details—like premium toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV perfect for winding down after a beach day. What really stood out to me was the energy of the resort. Whether you’re into beach volleyball, poolside games, or just lounging with a drink in hand, there's always something happening. The staff made the experience even better—super friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure every guest was having a great time. Jhoan was especially great he made the check in process very smooth and always had a bright smile on his face! Lewis too! The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of flavors—from local favorites to international dishes—and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. "We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home. The balcony is facing the pool and the sea, so the view is very nice. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is well equipped. The AC works very well. We will come back again ! Raphaelle B. "
