"The biggest issue was with the check in process in the preferred lobby. We waited for more than 40 minutes to check in. Then was told our room was not ready, so we went to eat and came back to wait another 20 minutes to be given a room number. We then proceeded to the room where our keys did not work and had to come back to the lobby. Nothing preferred about it. During the check in process we weren’t given any details about the amenities , locations of restaurants or any informational, the usual explanations. It was just “sign here, room not ready and come back”… along those lines. It was unpleasant. We express our concerns to our concierge, she apologized even though it was all lobby attendants. Alma was very pleasant and she was nice through the stay. Nevertheless my family has a beautiful time at the pool and the swim up pool too. Restaurants were great. We only had to wait for dinner 40 minutes for the Asian restaurant. The food was great. The service was great and ok depending on who it was. Goes for the bars too. Some people were curt and some others really amazing. Overall we did like the hotel. Maybe we will come back. The swim up pool in our room was nice. Unfortunately the season was terrible for the algae so the beach was inaccessible. We understood that from the beginning. The check out process was speedy since Alma checked us out. But no one was there to help us with our bags when our airport taxi came to pick us up, so we just left. That’s fine I guess."

"This is a hidden gem in Cap Cana. The lobby and room decor was stunning. It's right in the heart of the restaurants on the water and loved the vibe of the area. The staff treated us like VIPs and took us in golf carts everywhere in the marina. Breakfast was superb. I can't recommend this enough."
