"Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. "The location of the apartment is awesome- close to Lanza Metro Station and within a 15-20 minute walking distance of the Duomo and the Galleria. The staff are very nice and helpful. The 2 Bedroom/2 Bath apartment is quiet, spacious, and roomy for four adults. "

"The property was within 20-30 minutes walk from the airport. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with any requests. The room was very clean and had a small kitchen which was very useful. We had to leave early so didn't have a chance to try the breakfast."
