Lake Lugano in Ticino, Switzerland. This is a lush green view from Lugano city. It's the largest city in the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino (but still only the 9th largest city in Switzerland). The city has impressive culture and history but what most stands out are the natural views! I also went up to Monte Brè and Monte San Salvatore right by Lugano. The views from there are even more impressive!

It was a little foggy the time I went to Lugano, but anyway it's pretty awesome the view around the city. This is the only place I went in Switzerland until now, but i can say that the way by car (from Italy) is amazing by itself too. It seems like a fairy tale place, it's insane.

Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.
