“Nice stay. But water service was just for first day. And some staffs are not nice to asian. They didn’t say hello to me in the morning. They just say hello other people next to me. I thought they ignored me. ”

“I could hear the air conditioner running, but I wasn't even sure if it was actually working. It was so hot that, for the first time, I couldn't sleep because of the heat. What was even more frustrating was that the room I stayed in was completely different from the photos shown when I booked through Hotels.com. The room did not match the advertised images at all. This experience completely ruined my trip, and I will be filing a formal complaint after I return to Korea.”

“I love this hotel”
