“Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.”

“Went there for just 4 days but it is a Perfect place for a long stay too. Beautiful, quiet and 5 minutes away from bars and restaurants .”

“Loved the chill relaxed vibe of this hotel. Beautiful property and the food was delicious. The concierge ladies were so helpful and kind helping us book a couple of excursions. We had an amazing time.”

“This place is a gem - would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are simple, but clean and well appointed. The common area is very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area - a special shout out to Namah who took extra care of us - thanks Namah!!”

“The experience was amazing and our Host Rebecca enhanced our stay by being so nice and welcoming. The breakfast she made was made with love, I would highly recommend and will tell everyone we come across to stay here.”

“Travelled solo and felt safe while there. I did a spa treatment and it was wonderful. The food is delicious. I stayed on the Una Vida side and did have a few regrets when I saw the Bardo side would definitely stay at this place again.”

“The property was very well kept. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff is always nice and accommodating. I will definitely return to Panacea!”

“En general esta muy bonito el hotel, el acceso puede ser algo complicado pero creo y hay manera de llegar por calle pavimentada, el personal la señorita de la recepción del hotel muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Me encantaría este lugar con el roof y un bonito restaurante para ver el atardecer Si reservaría para hospedarme en esta propiedad nuevamente.”

“This was truly an amazing honeymoon! Staff was so friendly, food was amazing and was very clean!”

“The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum.”

“Great location and hotel”

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”
