The pool towel machine is a game changer. The water park was a blast for the family and the other two pools were very nice. It’s a 15 min drive to The Fun Spot (and Flippers Pizza) and only 20 mins from Disney property. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“We have stayed at the Hyatt Grand Cypress several times and if certainly doesn’t disappoint. The property is well maintained, beautiful aesthetic balancing a tropics and modern vibe, comfortable rooms and an amazing pool. My only critique on the rooms is that the bathroom doors do not lock as they are sliding doors. When traveling with kids, this is something to keep in mind. If you go there, try the Banana Nut Old Fashioned at the Main Bar. It’s phenomenal. The food at the Lakehouse Restaurant...

“everything seemed broken, the bathroom light was very dim and extractor didn't work so it would get very humid and nothing would dry. there was no hot water either so had to take cold uncomfortable showers. exterior areas were also very dilapidated. although breakfast was included it was very limited(toast/cereal) and they did not even let you take anything out of the dinning area which seemed to be a problem with other guests staying there, i personally did not have a problem since i ate there...
