“Great staff and service. I requested the room 401 . Initially it was not available for my visit but the team eventually was able to let me stay in that room. Room design is amazing and have every thing we need. It has some small wear and tear that I wished the hotel was able to maintain better. Hotel location is very convenient. It is right next to the palace. Also close to subway station and Nishiki market. We had daily breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it is the best breakfast I have...
