"Si vous arrivez à trouver le lieu, chapeau. Même avec un bon GPS, ce n'est pas mince affaire. C'est une maison privée au sein d'un dédale de rues, mais le quartier est agréable, près de la rivière et à 20 minutes de marche d'un temple très sous-estimé (le Shodenji), 10 minutes de marche du Kamigano Shrine. Le bus 09 part de la gare et au terminus, il y a 10 minutes de marche en traversant le pont sur la rivière. Le gérant parle pas trop mal l'anglais, les chambres sont évidemment...

"The hostel is located far from kyoto station. It takes nearly an hour on bus to get there. Room is cheap , so condition including bath and rest rooms and kitchen are not convenient . Breakfast is provided , but you should pay additionally city tax of 200 yen/person/night that is not charged anywhere else . "

"Amazing gem in Kyoto. Will definately stay here again next time I visit. Location is excellent, the rooftop view and cocktails are amazing, and the bakery and breakfast assortment is second to none. They even have laundry machines which were highly convenient after our 5 day Tokyo stay. We rented their e-bikes for a hike to the shrine which was very cool and easier than walking. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room is big and the shower pressure is amazing. I felt right at home here and it was hard to leave. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!"
