“I wish there is someone available physically at the property for easy check in rather than doing it online. Sometimes it may be challenging for some people to do this. I also wish there is a little bigger waiting room and a coffee machine where we can serve it which can be easy instead of grinding it and making the coffee which is very time consuming.”

“It was really clean, very luxurious place. Perfect for 4 people close to the market. Could walk to many tourist attractions , bus stops. Also very kind staffs(they did really everything to help us enjoy kyoto)”
