"Hotel and room are great. Appreciate large soaking tub even in basic rooms, upscale rooms have jetted tubs. Food at Embers is very good, have eaten there several times. Surprisingly this visit our dinner service was very poor. We were on a one hour time limit to make a show and informed our server when first seated. Asked a few questions about menu, she didn't have much to offer. Ordered soup and our entrees. Soup came out quickly but after about 20 min the server returned and asked if we were ready to order?? Informed here we already had, no apology or any sense of urgency. Another 30 minutes, food finally came out after we got manager involved. He apologized and comped our soup but we were forced to box up a wonderful meal and still missed the first 10 minutes of our show. Probably a new server, hopefully an anomaly."
