“Nice, new hotel but repeated requests for daily cleaning/towels were mostly unmet. The room was serviced only once during our 6 day stay. We paid over $2200 and had to retrieve towels ourselves.”

“I always like staying here. I’ve stayed here at least 25 times and every single time they ask me if it’s my first visit. How do some hotels know immediately I’ve been there and this one has no clue”

“Clean comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“공항근처 외곽 만족함”

“관리 잘되고 있음 다만 연식이 조금 느껴짐”

“Near to ABQ Sunport Well connected to the airport by shuttle Breakfast is good It is clean!”

“The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did.”

“We found a bug in the room”

“아주 좋았어요 프론데스크 직원도 친절하고 무엇보다 침대가 너무 포근했어요”

“보통임”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight was very early and the shuttle was ready to take us to the airport right on time. Our room was clean and comfortable. We left too early to enjoy the breakfast.”
