“The 1st room we were put in the TV was broken, the phone didn't work, the drains in the tub and sink didn't drain, the bathroom fan also didn't work. Also, the AC didn't cool the room and the outdoor temp was over 100 degrees, in room temp was 78 degrees. Changed rooms, in new room, bathroom fan didn't work, there was no toilet paper holder or toilet paper, also, AC didn't keep room cool. Even though front desk said to set it at 65 or 72 so that it wouldn't freeze up.”

“My kids had a blast swimming in the indoor pool. The room was cozy and comfortable. The location was next to a great barbeque place called the Da peoples BBQ. We are sure to rent a room at this establishment again.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“The room was very clean, well appointed, if basic. I hated the shower head, a handheld thing with a holder, with poor water pressure, but that was essentially my only complaint. The staff at the lobby/bar were very nice, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hotel has funky charm. The bar was a nice place for an afternoon cocktail, and we were happily surprised with live music on the patio the night we were there. There’s not a ton to do right around the hotel; the botanical garden is...

“The facilities were not bad, but nowhere near the room price or all the positive reviews. The gym was not acessible due to key/lock malfunction. The phone Brigham was broken, and when I reported that they did nothing to fix it. Overall just very average facility is an average service. Would be a good deal for around 60 or $70, but nowhere near 100.”
