“I particularly appreciated the large, clean laundry room where I was able to wash our clothes at the end of a 10-day vacation. We packed clean clothes in our suitcases. Also, the help by your front desk staff person on the morning of 9/13 (I didn't get her name) to ensure we had our boarding passes printed. All front desk staff were friendly and accommodating - that makes all the difference!”
